Kensington, the line of armchairs designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, successfully presented at the 2018 Salone del Mobile, now includes an additional element: a Bergère armchair in which to relax, meditate or simply chill out.
The external and internal upholstery in textiles or leather can be combined at will. The central metal base features 4 spokes designed to support the slightly sloping frame for greater comfort. The outer shell, made of moulded structural polyurethane foam entirely upholstered also in leather is matched by an inner foamed frame.
The whole thing rests on an elegant base made of solid ash lacquered open-pore Moka and refined little Pewter-colured pressure die-cast aluminium feet.
Two versions, tall and low, and a practical footrest complete the collection. The Kensington armchair offers a high degree of personalisation, given that the leather- clad outer shell can be combined with the inner frame, also clad in leather, for a refined mono material effect.
