A torn piece of paper, the articulated profile of a mountain range, the gesture of an upward brushstroke, a flickering stroke that refers to the deepest sense of fracture. Once again from the encounter between Paolo Ulian and antoniolupi comes an investigation into the intrinsic energy of matter, the strength contained in marble, the gesture of man and the technological potential of the machine. Flow is the freestanding sink whose edge consists of a broken line, a jagged and very thin perimeter, an unprecedented profile that leaves room for different images and references, becomes a tool for personal interpretation of the sink area.
Flow becomes the interpreter of the intense dialogue between water and matter, the sink crystallizes a very precise moment and refers to the randomness of the encounter between natural elements. The rough edge gives dynamism to the sink and contrasts the perfectly smooth surface of the cylindrical column on which the basin rests, which in the part below can integrate the light source. A detail that allows the base to be illuminated and accentuates the feeling of lightness and upward momentum that characterizes the image of the sink.
